 This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for products purchased through official Fuxion platforms.

Returns are handled directly by Fuxion Worldwide according to their official policies.

You may be eligible for a return if:

• The product arrived damaged or defective
   
• The incorrect product was delivered
   
• The product is unopened and in resalable condition (subject to Fuxion’s policy)
   

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

The following items are generally non-returnable:

• Opened or used consumable products
   
• Products without original packaging
   
• Promotional or free items
   
• Digital or downloadable products
   

If your return is approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
   
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after Fuxion receives the returned item
   

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or damage.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact Fuxion customer support or our team within 7 days
    
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
    
3. Follow the instructions provided for shipping the item back
    

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Subscription (Auto-Ship) orders follow the same return guidelines but must be canceled or modified before billing to avoid unwanted charges.
